"Impronta" Italian Dining Chairs by Pietro Arosia, 1980's
Pietro Arosio (Lissone 1946) four high-backed chairs model "Impronta". Produced by Sorgente dei Mobili, Italy, 1986. Two-tone white and black chairs made of wood and black painted metal with perforated wire mesh seat. The very particular design, with the shape of the backrest forming soft squared waves made of wood with a rigid seat made from light weight metal.
In the style of the Japanese architect Kisho Kurokawa who in the 80's made these highly sought after chairs.
