Refund policy

In-Store or Local Pick-up

Because we are a small business all sales are final. No exceptions. If you shop online and choose "Local Pick-up" this is considered a local order which goes under our brick & mortar refund policy: All sales are final. 

All items purchased at a discount are Final Sale. 

Online

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However you need to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to confirm your intention to return. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. Without prior notification your return will not be processed. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

To start a return

Please contact us at Info@su-juk.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Furniture : All sales is final!

Rugs :  Rugs are final sale. Since our rugs are being shipped directly from our warehouse in Turkey all sales are final. We put high-res images and accurate descriptions regarding size, material and style. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase please contact us- we can try to re-sell it on consignment in our brick and mortar- this is a case by case basis and not guaranteed! 

Candles : We don't accept returns on used candles. If you are unhappy with the scent please contact us to start the refund process.

Sale or Gift Cards : Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
