Once your items have been carefully wrapped, packaged and sent out, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details for the most current status information. Unfortunately, shipping is not available on weekends or holidays.

Customs and Taxes

  • Your order may be subject to custom fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. The amount for custom fees and taxes is 20% of the dollar amount of your purchased products. However, the amount does depend on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown. Su'juk is not responsible for you any customs taxes applied to your package.

 

Furniture & Rug Shipping

Available for local pick-up, local delivery, and shipping.

Furniture Shipping Quote will be selected at checkout, and we will reach out to confirm local pick up or send a separate invoice with the actual estimated shipping cost.  We offer various shipping options, including truck freight and UPS/FedEx. You may choose to accept the revised shipping quote or decline it, in which case we will refund your order.

If you’d like a shipping quote before placing your order, please email us with the item(s) you're interested in and your shipping address. Let us know if you prefer curbside delivery or home delivery. For home delivery please let us know if there is an elevator or walk up. 

All furniture items must be insured, and Su'juk is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit. We take great care in securely packing each item to the best of our ability.

Do you deliver within NYC? Yes, for smaller items we personally offer curbside delivery. Depending on your distance from our stores we charge a small fee. Rates will change depending on size, weight and number of items. We also work with private local movers who deliver right to your home. Please email us for quotes and include your full address, how many flights of stairs and if you have an elevator. 


Do you ship outside of New York? Yes. Currently, we offer shipping to the continental U.S.A through uShip and other private shipping companies. Furniture Shipping Quote will be selected at checkout, and we will reach out to confirm local pick up or send a separate invoice with the actual estimated shipping cost.
